My Story

A Tradition Rooted in Passion

Brower Road Sugarhouse started when I was a young boy helping my dad tap a few maple trees near our home in New York. That simple childhood moment sparked a passion that’s stayed with me ever since.

Today, I run every part of Brower Road Sugarhouse myself—from tapping and collecting sap to boiling and bottling each product by hand.

By blending traditional sugaring methods with modern tools, I produce high-quality, all-natural maple products with care and consistency. From my trees here in upstate New York to your table—I’m proud to share pure maple goodness.

Delicate, light in color with a delicate hint of maple.

Amber – Rich Taste (50 to 74.9)

an amber color with a richer maple taste.
